LEASE CLAUSE rev. 010825: In the event that A) Tenant submits a service request and the vendor or Broker find that the issue was directly caused by Tenant, or B) tenant schedules an appointment with a vendor and is not present at the time of the appointment, and/or C) submits a service request without any merit in the judgment of Broker or vendor, then the Tenant shall be responsible for reimbursing Landlord for the cost of that service call, including any commissions paid by Landlord, plus an additional $35 Repair Billing Administrative Fee which covers, but not limited to, scheduling with vendor, following up with vendor, entering the bill, paying the vendor, charging the resident, following up with resident, as well as software/phone/postage costs. Repair Billing Administrative Fee is deemed as rent and is due no later than thirty (30) days from the date Tenant is notified of the charge by Broker.
**LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224: **Tenant shall be responsible for reimbursing Landlord for the cost of that service call, including any commissions paid by Landlord, plus an additional $10 Repair Billing Administrative Fee, due no later than thirty (30) days from the date Tenant is notified of the charge by Broker.
COST: $35/$10 paid by resident to MANAGEMENT COMPANY
